Angel Menendez Initiation Ceremony
9/20/2025
Chancellor Commander Anthony Bonapart officiated the initiation ceremony for Angel Menendez into Centre Lodge No. 3 of the Knights of Pythias, representing the Domain of North Carolina. This significant event took place in Raleigh, North Carolina, and was further elevated by the impressive performance of Sir Rich Friedman as Pythagoras. This inspiring occasion not only welcomed a new member but also celebrated the values and traditions of our esteemed organization.
Angel is a retired United States Marine who devoted his post-military career to serving the people of North Carolina as a Magistrate in Wake County. He culminated his impressive career by taking on the role of Deputy Commissioner for the North Carolina ABC Commission, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to public service and community well-being

Welcome Angel!

Food Collection In Support of Needy Families
6/21/2025
Chancellor Commander Anthony Bonapart, Vice Commander Greg Trapp, Sir Rich Friedman, and candidate Angel Menendez proudly delivered two carloads of non-perishable food items to the Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry, located at 149 E. Holding Avenue in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the residents of Traditions at Wake Forest, NC. Their generous efforts in organizing a three-day collection of non-perishable food items contributed significantly to our mission and were combined with the contributions from Centre Lodge No. 3.
Sir Rich Friedman has spearheaded this initiative for the third consecutive year. By organizing the collection of non-perishable food items, he is making a significant impact on those facing food insecurity in Wake County.
